1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for most items purchased from STAAT within our standard return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Tags Attached: All original price tags and brand labels must be intact and attached to the garment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

Expired Window: The return request is made after the 7-day period has expired.

Missing Tags: The price tag or brand label has been removed from the product.

Altered Condition: The product has been damaged, soiled, washed, or altered in any way after delivery.

Free Gifts/Promotional Items: Any complimentary items received with your order are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

4. Refunds
